* The workshop takes place in a local in Ibiza town near the old town / Port of Ibiza. Depending on the size of the group, it can be done in the same restaurant that will be dinner. Duration of the activity around 1h and 30mins.

- Reception at the table: Bread with aioli (it is an emulsion made with garlic and oil, one of the most common spanish sauces).

*Sobrasada is a Balearic island delicacy, is a raw, cured sausage made with ground pork, paprika and salt and other spices.
