This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect data when you interact with our website, including the forms and the services we provide. By using our website and submitting forms to request information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is intended to protect the User and is written in terms that are easy to understand.

The protection of users’ data, together with the quality of the service, is our priority. We therefore guarantee that users’ data will never be disclosed to third parties, except in those cases strictly necessary for the proper performance of the contracted service.

In the event of a booking, the data – and only those strictly necessary – will be shared with third parties directly involved in the event, such as the organiser or person in charge of an activity, the restaurant or the artist, always for the purpose of performing the service contracted by the User. We offer a level of data protection that complies with and exceeds applicable local and international privacy regulations.

  1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect data when you fill out a form on our site, communicate with us or otherwise interact with our service. The categories of personal data we may collect include:

  • Authentication and identification data: Name, email address, telephone number.
  • Event details: Date, time, number of attendees, location and type of event.
  • Event address: In the case of an at‑home show, the address is necessary in order to coordinate and properly perform the service. This information will be used exclusively for the organisation and logistics of the event and to provide you with an accurate price based on the location. The address will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and will never be used for any other purpose.
  • Additional information: Comments, specific requirements and details regarding the type of group and number of attendees.
  • Payment data: We use external payment platforms, such as Stripe and PayPal, to process payments securely. We do not directly handle payment data, nor do we collect or store information relating to users’ debit or credit cards, bank accounts or other financial data. Such data is handled exclusively by the payment platforms, which comply with high applicable security standards. For more information on how Stripe and PayPal process your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies at Stripe Privacy Policy and PayPal Privacy Policy. Likewise, in the case of payments made by bank transfer, we do not collect or store any data relating to the transaction, as such transfers are processed directly between the user and the banking institution.
  • For certain activities offered through integrated booking widgets or modules (for example, activities from the FareHarbor Distribution Network – FHDN), the booking and payment process is carried out directly on the FareHarbor platform. In such cases, the personal data entered in that form (including payment data) are processed directly by FareHarbor as data controller, in accordance with its own privacy policy, and not by us. We do not access or store card data or payment information entered in such third‑party forms. For more information, you can consult FareHarbor’s privacy policy by clicking here.
